So we spoke last on Monday and in the immediate aftermath of Joe Biden's Sunday decision

to bow out of the race, It seemed like it would take a while

for things to settle out on the Democratic side. Wrong, didn't. In the interim

Harris showed up the nomination really quickly executed a series of coordinated announcements,

endorsements of her from Democratic lawmakers, she dropped a few VP hints, which seemed to freeze her opponents in place and she created this air of

inevitability around her that was so quick that it sunk whatever mini primary plan, you know,

some of the pie-eyed Democrats were considering.

That rapid consolidation seems to have quelled some concerns on the left about her political acumen.

I guess you take good news where you can find it.

But she held her first campaign rally,

the party's presumptive presidential nominee in Milwaukee. And because Harris's nomination is sewn up and she seems to have
