2024 are supposed to trickle down. In fact right now in January, February,

into March is where you're supposed to be able to go out and find some deals.

Ron has just been out with a client and Ron, what did you find in kind of the January

2024, February 2024 pricing what's it like out there? Well the pricing

and inventory and mentality I think are a little bit different things so the

we have a client he's in law enforcement, wanted to get a condo here in

Seattle and so we were looking around at condos. And one thing just as a side note that was very interesting and I don't know if the Seattle

Chamber of Commerce could time this any better.
