What's up, Real Talk Community?

We're back.

I don't even know if I know how to do this anymore.

It's been about a month since we recorded for our loyal listeners, for our audience,

if you're kind of wondering, hey, you know, we were getting real talk episodes just about every

week, either interviews or reviewing the news or these throwback episodes, you know, what's

happened? Well, we've just all kind of got some newer things going on

in our lives that have kept us from recording quite as much as is what we want to. You know,

T-Man is still in the higher education. He's continuing to learn and grow his career. I've started a new career.

And then Gabe has not one, but two kids, two whole kids, as he tells us all the time. So, Gabe, welcome back to Real Talk.

How are the two whole kids doing? Yeah, kids, man. That's the thing. And, uh, and I've been in Italy. Like,

and so I'll tell you, I'm really tired because my kids are still on Italy time. They're waking up at

4 a.m. every morning. And I started this thing when I was in Italy West because we went there

and I didn't have any books for Eva and she wants me to tell

her a story every night before I go to bed. So I pivoted. I told her the entire plot of Princess

Bride from start to finish one night because I started making up a story and I was like,

you know what? There's some good stuff already out there. So I used Princess Bride. And I told her the story one night and she's asked for it every night since. And her favorite part is the Shrieking Eels. She's like, what if there really were Shrieking Eels, Dad? And I'm like, it'd be frightening. Just be chaos. Probably will be with all the stuff coming out like killer bees and everything.
