I'm Chad Dundas. That's Ben Fulks. We're both longtime MMA journalists, and for the last 13 years, we've been meeting here every week to break down all the action in the wild, weird, and occasionally wonderful world

of mixed martial arts. Ben, it's definitely been wild and weird this week. The Octagon made it

over to Shanghai, where Johnny Walker weirded his way to an upset victory over Zhang Min Yang and all Jemaine Sterling

overwhelmed the ghost of Brian Ortega. We are, we're going to get into that stuff later in

the show. We actually got a lot of listener mail this week that I think will guide us through

discussion of that stuff. There's no UFC this weekend. We also got some

Hamzot hangover questions, I guess you would say that we'll try to answer. And,

uh, you know, a lot of topics on the docket for this episode. First though,

we have to talk about this incredibly ugly episode, uh, from over the weekend. Unfortunately, this is the big

ticket headline headed into this week. It's gone viral. It's getting a lot of attention,

mainstream attention of the worst possible kind. And of course, I mean Rajah Jackson,

the son of Rampage Jackson, brutally assaulting a professional wrestler at an

independent wrestling event. I'm not even sure this is really an MMA story, but of course,

we get lumped in with it. It seems like we are rarely in the news for any good reasons.

We can get into the nuts and bolts of this thing, but this was bad, man. This was

really, really bad. So we got this question from Robert Uchi, who wrote in to say,

Any thoughts on the Raja Jackson incident? At first, I thought it was a work, then I saw the whole

incident, what happened before and afterwards. It looks to me like Raja has some issues stemming from people questioning him as a man compared to his father.
