Only Tottenham could find themselves in a situation where both victory and defeat would have made them miserable.

I am perfectly happy with the outcome of that game.

We will discuss that and how it has led from the agony

to the ecstasy. That is football in a nutshell, right? The agony and the ecstasy. We had the agony on Saturday. We had the ecstasy on Sunday. I know many of you would say referring to a spurs victory as ecstasy is not okay. I hear you. Maybe it's not a scream and yell and shout at the top of your lungs. maybe it's just a gentle, dignified fist bump, you know, a little, just a little pump of the fist into the air. Maybe an eyebrow raise, a politely worded tweet. But you know where I'm at because this was huge. And I think it's huge for the team. I think it lifts the team going into a week where you need to refocus and look at Brentford at home before it's city at home. Two games that are critical coming off a loss that obviously is deeply disappointing, but this result flips the narrative. And I think it really is going to be a crucial one in the scheme of things.
