So, MBD, we've had some more concerns

about the president's cognitive state.

He had a big interview with Time magazine that is not the kind of interview someone who's senile does. He was cogent through most of it, but also not particularly coherent during parts of it and this came in conjunction with the Wall Street Journal report

about people in private having concerns about Biden's mental state?

What do you make of it?

Well, this is his issue.

I mean, this is, I think, the number one issue that he faces as an incumbent is the fitness question.

You know, there's been, it's associated with competence of the administration

and it has been since the withdrawal from Afghanistan when you know he took an enormous pull hit on

competence and then ever since then the age issue has dogged him and it's still dogs him and it's still this kind of hold
