Hey gang this is Sam and tonight is a Monday night and I went for a run earlier I ran a very

slow 5k and it was very slow because I I worked out yesterday and completely destroyed my legs.

So today I thought, okay, I'll try and loosen up and I'll do a 5K.

You know, I used to run a lot when I was younger and I thought,

again, I'm going to, and recently I've just started running again, 5k's 10k's and stuff.

But today was a horrible 5k, horrible, so sore. But because I basically can't walk now, I felt what better than record a podcast since I can't really move around because my legs are so sore and yeah so

this is going to be episode 65 the Victor Prep vocab podcast.

Let's quickly review the words from last time.

Those were insularity, insularity,

or to be insular, and that means ignorance or lack of interest in cultures or ideas or history,

especially things outside your own experience or outside your own area or region or country.

Ownerus, that means when describing a large amount of effort and difficulty. It's burdensome, it's arduous, it's very difficult.

It's very difficult.

Reproach, reproach, that's a verb and to reproach

someone means to address them in a way to show that you are angry with them,

you are disappointed with them. And our last word was Prattle. To Prattle about something is to talk foolishly and at length. So talking for a while in a foolish

or about stuff that doesn't matter at all, it's silly, it's inconsequential. So before we get started on the new words, as always I have

a quote, and this one is from the German philosopher Nietzsche. Some Americans call him Nietzsche, but I'm

99% sure it's pronounced Nietzsche, although if I'm wrong, please let me know.
