So I've been cutting some deals, been meeting with our crew here, and back on the horse.

Well, I'll give you two examples. When I had to go to DC this week, I had to speak in front

of a large audience, and I don't do that often, but it's definitely something that I'm starting to get more and more into, and it's something that I really

see myself or visualize myself doing in the future. Something I really like to do, but it's

not something that comes naturally. You see guys, they get up in front of a few hundred people,

and you think, wow, they must be nervous, but while they must be practiced.

And so I did some visualization before I went and spoke to these people and kind of

imagined myself in front of the group and recited what I had to say probably about 10 times.

So that's one way that I've used visualization techniques in the last week.
