Without further ado, let me introduce our case.

We have a 25-year-old man with a history of sickle cell disease who presented to the ED with a four-day history of fevers, chills,

night sweats, and diffuse body aches.

Let's start with the fever.

So the fever signals underlying inflammation to me.

And common things being common, I always think of sources of infection in a febrile patient first.

I personally find the CP solvers infection in hospitalized patient schema really helpful. The 1.0 version covers most common size of infection.
