All right, so let's get into the main segment, which is all about returning to our practice.

And this is something that many people have asked about in the last

weeks months I've been receiving a lot of messages some of my Patreon friends have

been asking you know I've been feeling disconnected from my practice and I want to ease back into that.

And so that's what we're going to chat about because honestly, that is something that I have

been feeling lately as well. And, you know, as people kept bringing this question to me, it really is something that has been sitting heavy with me.

Because, again, I have this sense that many of us are moving through a similar season.

This quiet time, things tend to be a little bit heavier with what is going on

in the world. Maybe our magic doesn't feel quite as present and or accessible as it has in the past.

And I'm here just to remind you that that is okay,

because I think sometimes that can make a lot of us feel guilty. Like somehow we're failing at

our witchcraft practice and we're failing at being spiritual or being magical or failing at even

being a witch.

And so I really wanted to talk about that today.

And I know I've touched upon this in previous episodes, but I wanted to go into a little

more depth today.

And the truth is, my magic has felt a little far away.

I have found little pockets of time where I'm reconnecting, but I'm not, I'm not integrating

my practice in my life as much as I have been in the past.

And it's funny because I always feel like I
