Where you been?

I have spent a good portion of the first two weeks of my three week absence in Ukraine.

First went over to London, flew to Poland, drove across the border, a much smoother ride this time.

Actually got to spend a little bit time in Lviv, Ukraine this time.

Heard a few air raid sirens there, didn't think it was that big a deal.

Lviv is about an hour from the Polish border,

it's about a safe, a big city as you'll find in the country.

Then we went to Kyiv, spent like about a week there and I said you know I've been jokingly telling people

since my return it was about 99% safe the last night that I was there the air raid

siren went off and as I've probably mentioned before the

Ukrainians treat air raid sirens the way New Yorkers treat car alarms going off down the street.
