Because our story today is about second guessing. Did you know, because I'm afraid that I did not know,

that if you second guess something, it means to question to criticize or to doubt their

decisions, actions, or judgment. Usually, after the outcome is known,

I did not think that. But then, why would you expect anything less from me? Because every day I come to you with the same question.

How can this happen?

And I am suspect to second guessing, as we all are.

So what they're saying is second guessing means to question or to criticize

doubt decisions after the fact, after the outcome is known. So you don't second guess

up front unless you're the ladder and not the horses.

So that brings us to the international laws regarding war. Now you're asking yourself,

how did I make that kind of a leap from second-guessing?
