Hello everybody. He will notice no music on this opening. I know some of you are

bummed out. But this podcast and I know because every time I don't do the music

people like where's the fucking music. Welcome to fairly normal my friends. I am Josh Wolf and you know this

podcast I'm doing from Atlanta from Bethany's apartment and it is a solo cast in this

podcast is I don't know where it's going to go. I'm in a bit of a tail spin, not tail spin, but

lost a really good friend of mine this past week and been having a hard time figuring out where to put it.

This is almost a year part where I lost one of my best friends from high school and then last week lost a truly

transcendent type of man.

You know it's not very often it's not very often that you

meet your heroes right in your life.

It's definitely not very often when you can call one of your heroes your friend

and this guy was lucky enough to meet him and you

know college is such a small pocket in your life you know and most of those people come in and

out of your life and and then you have memories of them but yeah they don't

stick with you.

You know, you have friends, obviously, but life becomes life.

And you lose track of high school friends,

or you lose track of college friends,

or people you meet along the way and it's not

that's not a bad thing it's not a good thing it's life thing you know you grow and

and and you evolve and so do they. And a lot of times it takes you in different paths and that doesn't make your time with them any less important and it doesn't

make them any less important to you or are their impact any different?
