So speaking of forgetting, EmbD, we had this blockbuster report on what it always seem a pretty

blockbuster day just given the Supreme Court arguments, which we'll get to in a little bit here but Robert Hurr said that

Joe Biden found that Joe Biden had willfully retained and repeated classified

documents and information from classified documents.

But he wasn't going to be charged for all sorts of reasons,

one of which it would have been difficult just to establish that willfulness.
