month every week has been the week when the border deal was going to be

revealed and it never was revealed but then we got word Sunday morning the

deal is going to be released sometime today and indeed it was it is not met with a rapturous reception on the right, which was kind of predictable.

Once Trump had turned against this deal, and then there are the actual merits of the deal and the headline

provision is that the president will get this emergency shutdown authority at the

border which he can use at his discretion if over a seven day

period they're an average of 4,000 illegal crossings at the border and he has to if over a seven day period there are 5,000 crossings a day or 8,500 on any given day.

Of course we've been exceeding these numbers routinely now the last several months

and Joe Biden said about a week ago I need this bill so I can immediately shut down the border.
