Well, I am so excited about this episode of the podcast. And maybe a little nervous because we don't

know what's coming. I think there was a lot of nervousness. It's not just us that are nervous. I

think our parents are a little bit nervous. Yes, I think my mother has developed a severe case

of the flu. And no, she is very excited. We are excited for each of us to introduce you to one of

our parents. Yes. And thinking about having this time with our parents, we felt like it was

important to note that all three of us have lost one of our parents. Melissa lost her dad and

you and I have lost our moms and felt like it would be really just a gift to be able to sit with

the parents that we still have and to have them tell stories and reflect on, you know,

we've been spending this whole season talking about the differences between parenting today and

parenting at one time in history and their unique perspective because your mom, Melissa, is...
