1:28.5	I took some time off from the show to collect my marbles. I'm sorry if I didn't update any of you or put anything out
1:33.7	into the audio space for you to listen to. It's been, well, pretty crazy for all of us. Whether
1:41.0	you're elderly, immunocompromised, or you know someone who can be severely affected
1:45.3	by this virus, it's been a very trying and uncertain time for all of us.
1:51.1	I myself am immunocompromised being diabetic, and back in 2007 I was also diagnosed with
1:57.0	tuberculosis, which has affected my lungs.
2:00.0	I know I shouldn't smoke, but I'm doing everything I can to try to limit my time outside
2:04.6	and my interactions face to face with another person.
2:08.6	But we will get through this. I can guarantee that.
2:12.6	What I've been doing to help me through this quarantine is try and relax and offer my help to those who need it.
2:18.9	I think that's something that we can all learn from how much a community can come together
2:23.0	to help those in need.
2:25.0	Whether it's picking up some supplies for someone who may not have a vehicle, taking some
2:28.8	toilet paper to a friend 40 minutes away, or donating to a local food bank, we can always do something to help our fellow person.
2:38.0	But another thing that I've said on this podcast multiple times is how we should call someone that we love today.
2:45.0	Someone who you've been thinking about, maybe somebody in the back of your mind that you just want to reach out to.
2:50.5	Now would be the perfect time to do that, and I honestly think that you should. We all should.
