My name is Elliot Smith The Blackman man, Twitter, Yankee Gunner. Yeah, look, it is an occasion for us to discuss the Europa League and Marquinos, who had, I think, a great full debut. And we're going to talk about that. We'll talk about the performance of Fabio Vieira and all that. And it would have been with an eye towards, might they get a chance to play against Everton this weekend? Might they be knocking on the door, the fabled knocking on the door. But no one is knocking on the door because the door has been shut, locked, and the key has been thrown away because there will be no football this weekend, and that is due to the passing of the queen. And so a couple of points here. Firstly, my sincere condolences

and may she rest in peace. It is certainly a monumental occasion, a historic moment. And as an American,

I am more than self-aware that I am not particularly connected to the occasion in the way

some hearing my voice right now may be. I know there are others that will be saying,

get on with it. I don't care. There's always a lot of opinions on everything, and certainly on this one, there will be. But for some people, it will be a particularly emotional moment. And it's important to be respectful of people who are feeling that way. This is an Arsenal podcast. You probably knew that already. And we are going to discuss the fact that there is no football this weekend and potentially beyond and how that impacts Arsenal specifically in the season.

And that is not out of a lack of respect for the occasion.

It is out of the respect for you being a listener who comes here to want to hear this stuff.
