Yeah, I am on it. So my routine right now is waking up at 430 making myself a big fat cup of coffee drinking

you know my 30 some ounces of water and having all my vitamins and then I like to get bring

everything into bed with me and I like to drink my coffee from like five because right now it's like

515 Fudge is at 515 so I like to do my coffee from like five because right now it's like like 515.

So I like to do it where I have 445 to 515 to sit in my cozy bed, robe on, snuggled.

And I've already done wudu or ablution for those of you who don't know what Wudu is.

And then I just drink my coffee and I do a New York Times crossword puzzle. Ooh, do you feel really like, do you feel like your brain is really

working? Real, I'm like so smart just yesterday. I was like, I'm like really good at like the New York

630 the kids have to wake the kids up but it's like so nice because then like i just relax from like

630 to 730 and have to take them to school.
