Welcome to the Double B Studios and how can this happen? We are back. We took a slight little vacation and every time you go away. There's always a little kerfuffle and it always takes

a minute or two to get back to your bearings. But we are, we're back. We also had a little bit of a

fun-packed day in the neighborhood getting out of Burbank, California.

Just flew in, and we had a delay.

We had to wait because all of the flights to Harry Reid International Airport got stopped.

We were all stuck, and then they let us in. So I don't know what

happened. They had a wind event of some kind. I'm glad they didn't let us just stymie right on

forward. That could have been catastrophe. So all back, all well, and how can this happen? We had prepared the show

for Friday, but because of the kerfuffle I mentioned, we're going to give it to you today.

The Biden campaign on Monday responded to the Supreme Court's

ruling on presidential immunity. The Supreme Court on Monday ruled six to three that Trump has

absolute immunity for his core constitutional powers. Okay, so should it be that way?

Should it be that way for Biden, for anyone who's president? Well, just listen to this.

Former presidents are entitled to at least a presumption of immunity for their official acts.

The Supreme Court ruled there is no immunity for unofficial acts.

Earlier this year, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear Trump's presidential immunity claim in special counsel Jack Smith's

January 6th case in Washington, D.C. Trump's lawyers argued that Trump is immune from federal

prosecution for alleged crimes committed while he served as U.S. president. They're alleged until they are proven.

Not like his case in New York. The Supreme Court ruled in Trump's favor, which means Jack Smith's

January case in D.C. is effectively delayed. Why isn't it dead? Because it's Trump. This is so exhausting.
