writer and middle-aged housewife. Hello. Hello. Thanks for joining us. Thank you. First of all,

I suggested this book, and I want to apologize for that.

You know, here's what I liked about this book. It was very short.

Yes. Yes. It did not take long to read. I didn't feel like I'd wasted much of my life.

Also, I've mentioned on previous podcast this summer I went on a long road trip with my

friend Anna, where we went to Forks, Washington, and we listened to the selection

audiobooks, and all kinds of podcasts-related things happened on this trip.

And also, we drove past the bridges of Madison County because we drove through Iowa.

And we both saw the sign.

And we were both people who are, like, very prone to stopping at, like, any roadside attraction whatsoever.

But we saw that and we're like, oh, like that movie, should we go?

Do you want to go? and we're both like no

I don't care at all about that and this was you know before we had I had known we were going to do this

book for the podcast and if I had known that I probably would have at least stopped to take a picture

of the sign or something just like tweet it later but we didn didn't stop. And now having read this book,

I still just feel like we made the right decision. I'm like, don't care at all.

I just, I just feel like this isn't a book. This is like an idea that someone had. And they were like, maybe I'll turn it into a book.
