What's up? Not great. We're done. This is sad. I'm someone that's very in touch with their emotions and you know I'm not just sad about the Yankees but I'm like a big farewell I mean we're continuing the podcast obviously with the last you know regularly

scheduled like podcast while the right while the season is going on it's a heck of a ride I'm still sad I've been going through all the stages but right now it's just sad.

As I said today I'm radio with you, it's especially sad because these group of guys, these young guys, all the, you know, the judges, the Andehar's, the glavers, the Severinos, we like, like those are our guys, like we're in our young 20s and I guess I'm about to be my mid 20s but like

the 98 team all those guys we you know none of us remember that I don't what's the earliest like you remember I know you have a crazy memory

When's the earliest I remember the oh-2 season like I'll talk about an awesome season. I remember the O2 season. Like I'll find some

about an awesome season. I remember losing the angels for sure.

That was like I'd say probably a thing.

Before that, like little splashes, but O2 is like I could remember and I was like into it into it right so like we didn't see the the title the crazy title runs of the late 90s you know we weren't around for that you know we saw the air and boon home run but we you know we also sudden

lose to the marlin then we saw the collapse you know our our only championship

really like is the oh nine team and that oh 09 team was bought I mean they bought all those guys for the most part yeah

Jeter was there referral he had the core for sure but like for the most part the heavy hitters the heavy

hitters there were bought like these guys having been you know homegrown and they're all young and there's so much fun

It was just a new generation of the Yankees and it made it so much more fun to root for it last year and you thought that adding the NLMVP and a few other pieces of the deadline and bringing in a manager with you know younger life to him you know he wasn't always by the book like

gyrus gyrardi would be you know you thought that would put them over the
