1:03.2 | to honor that a lot of us have the experience of a broken heart, usually when there's an |
1:08.9 | ending, a perceived loss, an unmet expectation. |
1:13.5 | And ultimately, as all feelings, they happen in our body. |
1:16.9 | When we're having an emotion, there's a physiological shift and change. |
1:20.7 | That's very real, regardless of where the perceived loss happened, or what emotions |
1:25.8 | are wrapped up in there, anything from sadness, to grief, to anger, imagining resentment, |
1:30.8 | gets balled up in there for a lot of us, really in bodies, then this experience of the emotional |
1:36.9 | fallout of loss, ultimately. |
1:39.6 | I think heartbreak definitely translates for me at least to grief. |
