Yeah I'm really really excited actually you know when I got excited first is when I saw this guest talk at low-carb Denver,

he gave an amazing lecture on cholesterol and low-carb dieting and so I got really excited. This is Dr. Nadeer Ali. He's an

Interventional Cardiologist. He's actually the chair the chairman of

Cardiology at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center.

He is the most active interventional cardiologist and he's going to talk to us today about lifestyle

medicine and how over the last several years he's

dived into this low-car research and gone further and further down the data and

now he's changing lives, lives putting on conferences and I'm just so

humbled and excited to have you here nadirally thank you for joining us and and

plus we're like we're intimidated by this guy he's's so awesome and they were at the meeting and he's so nice and so cool and it's such such a breath of fresh air with all these smart guys that have to deal with me and Tro everyone else tries to get away and he actually kind of was nice and talked to us and humored us.
