All right, so my name is Jay Waddr. I work for a city police department in Western New York called Jamestown, New York.

It's middle, the medium-sized department. We're extremely busy. It's very

low poverty, as you can imagine, being in Western New York. But I've been out for 20 years now. I can retire in 14 months. I would have

retired actually last March, but I went to Texas for two years in 07 and 08 so I've finished that two years out here or I'd already be retired
