To my how can this happen, listeners, a new lawyer in the United States must take an oath in their appointed state of practice.

And it says as follows, and I quote, I do affirm, I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Residents and where he will be

licensed or she. I will adhere to the rules of professional conduct in my dealings with clients,

judicial officers, attorneys, and all other persons.

I will maintain the respect due to courts of justice and judicial officers.

I will not counsel or maintain any proceedings that I believe are taken in bad faith,

or any defense that I do not believe is honestly debatable under the law of the land. Now, I quoted that because I wanted you to understand what we have

witnessed this afternoon. We will never know what the crime was, except that he was above the law, that Donald Trump committed.

The jury will never know what the law was that Donald Trump broke.

There were 34 counts of one action, which has defied explanation throughout this two full days of deliberations.

The jury was given the direct application of the law from the judge in his instructions.

There were two lawyers on the jury, which then goes back to

what I was trying to tell you at the top of this announcement, that they had taken an oath,

that they would not take on any defense that they did not believe is honestly

debatable under the law of the land. And if I could be corrected on my point that I'm trying

to establish with you, I would feel so much better than I do right now.

The real point that we are all missing in this has nothing to do with Donald Trump.

We have been a free and sovereign nation for 250 years. And maybe our life as

free citizens as we have known it is over. The school of thought that I grew up on is this. The further you are away from freedom being granted

to a country, the less you will understand what it means and how hard it was for us to achieve it, a free and home country where we were given
