Now let's get to the show. Here's your host, Melanie Mitro. Well, good morning everybody. How are you guys doing? It is Tuesday. It is the last day of July.

And you may or may not know, but it is actually National Avocado Day. I personally am really excited about it because guacamole might be my favorite

food group and I also love that you compare that with a good margarita and I'm also wearing a very

appropriate shirt today. It says I need a nap, three tacos and a margarita and my coffee cup says

this should be a margarita anyways that's kind of the vibe

i'm feeling for today and we're going to thank valbazo for the amazing gift for my birthday she

knows me all too well um but that's not why i'm here today i'm actually here today to talk to you

about instagram now i want you to drop me a comment below and let me know
