I'm so over the moon that it's 2020 and so this season we're calling it the treasure trove.

So continuing on, last week I challenged you to go talk to the bail bonds on around your courthouse

and get a deal under contract because you're going to flip a deal for $20,000 in 20 days and 2020.

Now I'm going to dive into the treasure trove and pull out another way to find deals that I know you're

not using and you're going to take this method that I'm going to talk about today and you're going

to go do this way and you're going to get a deal under contract today again. So I'm assuming last

week you got a couple deals under contract because you talked to all the bail bonds in your whole

area and I know you got a couple deals under contract. This week we're going to do something
