Good afternoon, how are you all doing? I'm doing good, eating this delicious sandwich that has a lot of Thanksgiving looking things and I don't know what it is but it's a sandwich today and Thanksgiving looking things, Turkey, cheese, coleslaw, mayo and orange mayo and purple mayo on it. A taste of America, it's wonderful. I feel like all of my college years, all I do is eat sandwich.

I don't eat sandwiches as much but when I do, I really go for it, so this is a good one. So what's new, FabiNito, what have you done this week? Nothing, school is over. I've been going back to my thesis, I am getting ready for my summer and I'm going to a quinceñera en Juarez, so I'm looking forward to that.

We can do a show from over there, but one day, one day. I don't know if we have the budget for that yet. Who's getting married? Who's getting quinceñera?

My cousin's daughter, her name is Lachelis, shout out to Lachelis. She follows me on everything, she's awesome. I was just texting with her yesterday and she was making sure I was going so we can go see the new end as well, I wasn't wondering.

That's what's happening in my life, what's going on with you? Oh my gosh, thank you for asking.

I've just been busy, I don't have a full-time job right now, so I have the freelance and I've been blessed, I just have six jobs that I'm doing right now.

That's good. One of them is food writing for a local magazine and I'm doing a story on Papusas. So it's you haven't eaten Papusas.

Do you get sick of them? You don't, right? They're really heavy. Yeah. So before I would like grub on like three and be like super full and keep fine, but now because I've been eating them for like every meal for the past, I'm trying to find the best Papusas in Las Vegas.

Oh, it's a lot. I get full really quick. So are they deep fried? Is it like a deep fried gordita? They're not deep fried, they're grilled.

So they take the masa, they roll it up, they put the cheese, the reweltas are cheese, beans, chicharrón, and then they like flatten them like a tortilla, you know?

Because one of the things we eat in the north is kind of like that, but just dry. They just put it in the gomal and that's it.

So it's kind of like, it's very similar to a northern style gordita. Yeah, it's like a pocket food. Yeah, coffin to the mic, that's good. Very professional.

So speaking of Papusas and Central American restaurants, a lot of these Salvadorian, Salvadoran, Salvadorian, Salvadoran restaurants are also Guatemalan. Yes.
