Okay. I'm going to try to do that faster every time.

Because the theme songs can get, if you watch Network Television, theme songs are getting shorter and shorter.

People begin to tune in shorter. They take away from content.

Yeah, but back in the days, the golden age of theme songs, which would be roughly the Oregon's Island era.

Well, they set up the whole story. Yeah, where you could use the whole story, you know, Beverly Hills, Beverly Hillbillies, you know,

Brady Bunch, Brady Bunch, where you got the whole backstory in a theme song.

And today, you know, it's like four bars in a logo. Well, it's because context doesn't matter to people anymore.

I think people aren't patient enough to wait. Is that our topic for the day? No. The loss of context in America.

We don't appreciate history. We are back story. We don't need like transformers.

Oh, we're a culture of instant gratification. I don't need to know about the past.

Yeah, I just tell me that there's going to be big fighting robots. That's all I need to know.

And that it's going to be filled with action. And I don't subtlety.
