Welcome to Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Hashtag pink to, a lot of you have been reaching out to me, which I love, please keep the DMs coming and the

email is coming to see where are the best charities to contribute to during this month.

I sincerely appreciate everyone giving during this month and checking in to make sure that

the funds are in the right place.

So if you see a lot of

the posts that we do, we tag hashtag research not ribbons, which is because a lot of organizations

try to capitalize on that pink breast cancer ribbon. And some of the organizations that are

very well known tend to put very minimal funds into research.

So a lot of us thrivers who have CH4 cancer really prefer to spend our hard-earned

dollars with charities that really focus on research and supporting women

while getting treatment and educating women while they're going from treatment and sending them

on excursions or whatever the perk may be. So here are my top three charities to donate to. Number one is MetaViver. So MetaViver is an organization that uses, I want to say it's like 90 or 100% of funds towards research. They don't have a board where people are making millions of dollars

and they're not spending a ton of money on marketing. The MetaViverr is my number one because

all that money goes to research. And then there's two local charities here in Philly that I love.

So if you're local, I love Unite for Her and Living Beyond Breast Cancer. They really support

women who are going through treatment with a variety of different awesome things. So Unite for her,

I get a veggie box, organic veggies, straight from Lancaster, PA, which is farmland here in Pennsylvania, every week. It's
