So recently I hung out with Eli Knight, and I really wanted to get him on the podcast.

He is another black belt jih Tzu.

He is a jih Tzu YouTuber.

So I had a lot of fun meeting him in person.

I really wanted to have a longer conversation with him.

In the conversation today, we talk about things like his previous martial arts training.

He's had a lot of different experience, not just Jiu Jitsu. We talk about, you know, how that affected his Jiu Jitsu. We get into all sorts of

philosophical talks about what Jitsu's giving us, um, weapon training, all this different stuff.
