to make as many mistakes as possible so that that way I can learn from you.

And today, we are going to judge the judge, the one in the courtroom.

If you know anything about the law and how about a trial works, you will get the point I'm trying

to make just with one exchange. However, I am going to put a disclaimer on here first. As a witness,

you probably shouldn't roll your eyes at a judge, especially if he's a liberal judge.

Just in case, because he will not appreciate your sense of humor. Humor is not in a judge's purview.

Mershahn, who is the judge in the trial of Donald J. Trump, goes irate and begins excoriating

Robert Costello on the stand,

who made a few offhanded remarks and rolled his eyes during testimony.

Mershahn said to him, are you staring me down right now?

Costello replied, I'm not.

And do you know what Mershahn told him?

Get out of the courtroom now.

Get out of the courtroom.

I guess the judge didn't think that was funny, but Costello said,

I'm not, oh well, Mershon is visibly perturbed, condescending, and downright abusive of the

witness on the stand. Outrageous behavior from a judge and totally inappropriate for any courtroom. No decorum whatsoever. A reporter name in Groscia said, does decorum mean you have to follow the law? So far, Mershonant hasn't met a law. He didn't know how to break in
