Everything got thrown up in the air this week because there's some Rafinia news that people

are pretty upset about. There's Gabriel-J-Zus arrival stuff. So this lands in a weird

spot, but it's a great conversation.

So Daniel Freeba is a cycling journalist, a celebrated author, and someone who Clive respects

immensely, and therefore I think we should all respect immensely a Titan in sports

journalism and someone who I think is a lot of really interesting insight to lend to the

conversation around the game. So this is a more far-reaching conversation covering doping, covering transfer journalism, and how that has evolved and how he looks at that from his perspective, access journalism, and so on and so forth. It will touch on fun arsenal topics, too, though, like Bukaiosaka's contract, we had a really long conversation about that as well. So that's what's ahead. I hope you enjoy it. And now it is my great pleasure to be joined by Daniel Freiba, who is someone you probably don't need an introduction to. But if you're not clued in on the cycling world, you may not have come in contact with his great work. He's a celebrated cycling journalist and celebrated author, many great books in the

field of cycling, one of which has just now come out, and it's Jan Ulrich, the best that ever,

best that never was. And we can certainly discuss that title a bit. You can also find him on Twitter
