| 1:10.3 | But I think things, just like probably life in the world, things are changing in a more rapid pace than ever. |
| 1:16.6 | So if I look at the first 10 years of my career, there were changes. |

| 1:22.3 | It was, you know, every year there was a little bit here and a little bit there and some changes maybe on how |
| 1:27.7 | officials called hand check and not hand checks, small minor things. And then when I look back |
| 1:33.3 | over the last three to five years of my career, and I think about how much more parents are |
| 1:39.6 | engaged. I think about how recruiting has changed. I think about NIL. I think about the transfer portal. I think about the number of officials leaving the game. I think about girls basketball numbers. Their variety of sports, you know, where they're seeing playing more volleyball or soccer, even women's flagged football. And so they're competing for numbers. |
