Hey guys welcome to the real estate only addition of the Ronidon show.

We do it every Friday and the reason why we do this we have the regular

podcast we use we do a lot of news talk stuff and we talk about culture and sports

things we love and care about and things specifically here in Seattle in the Great Specific Northwest.

But you also know that realtors, we're brokers,

we're regional realtors.

and we have bought a lot of real estate over the

years and we've invested in the real estate that we buy we force appreciation to

it we have lots of great teams that come out work on our properties and when it comes to short-term long-term rentals
