opponent. The Supreme Court seems split on Biden mandating emergency room abortions. Now, I don't know

why this is important. I do know that the Supreme Court is split on it.

Because Biden wants to have emergency room doctors perform abortions under the Emergency Medical

Treatment and Labor act of 1986.

Where is this coming from?

I wonder if this is so illegals can have abortions.

No, I don't think so.

That would be a good thing.

So it can't be that. They want ill-legals to have as many kids

as possible, not the other way around. After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, which had

invented a constitutional right to abortion.

Yes, it convinced women they had a right to abortion and that that was in the Constitution.

The Department of Health and Human Services guidance, claiming that M. Tala requires doctors to perform abortions on patients in emergency rooms when it is the stabilizing treatment necessary to help in a medical emergency.
