Jasmine's guest is Christopher Solubanks. And he is just this incredibly dynamic animal activist. If you're not following him on social media, you have to fix that. He's just kind of carved out his own place within the movement. And he's also involved in human rights and the climate movements and the intersections among all of these. And I just love the work he's been doing. You know, you don't have to like just get employed by an

animal rights organization. That he does work with some organizations to be an animal activist, and he

proves it. He really embodies like why we started our headhouse. And we get into that even

unfolded over the past few months as more and more Flock members have wanted to chat about what they're doing in their lives around advocacy and various things that's related to their animal rights.

So I've enjoyed it. And we thought, well, let's make it official. Let's make it another flock perk. So in addition to the first flock Fridays and the one-on-one times with me and the bonus content and the

flock Facebook group, we will also be sending regular videos personalized to our flock members and

also expanding the length of the bonus content. So I'm super excited to continue to work with those
