Summary

When Williamson Sintyl was just sixteen years old, a massive earthquake hit his home island of Haiti. Williamson was trapped in a collapsed building for twenty seven hours before being rescued. He soon after found the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and became a member. He has since served a mission, moved to the United States and started a family. He founded the Arise Project For Humanity to help Haitians have a brighter future. Williamson is one of the most exceptional people you will ever have the privilege to hear. His is a life changing story.

0:43.0	Before we jump into our guest, I have kind of a cool announcement, a new project that
0:47.9	we're working on this Thursday night from the time of the airing of this episode.
0:53.9	It'll be Thursday, September 6th at 7 o'clock
0:57.1	p.m. If you remember my former guest's comedian Michael Berkland, who is just one of the funniest
1:02.7	guys ever, and then former guest Stephen Jones, who of course is on random acts and is a comedian
1:09.2	himself. And Ken Craig, the improv actor comedian we
1:12.9	also had on. The four of us are starting a new Facebook live show. This week, it'll be a
1:19.8	rotating number of guests. We'll have a bunch of different comedians coming in and out each week.
1:24.9	It's called Linger Longer Live. And it's going to be this Thursday night
1:29.3	at 7 p.m. Mountain Time. That's 7 p.m. Utah time. And basically it'll be Facebook live.
1:35.6	You can put in your questions. But each time we do an episode, we're not sure how often we'll do them.
1:41.4	But basically we want to get four Latter-day Saint comedians or actors together
1:46.3	to talk about cultural topics. So this week will be our first one. We're going to talk about
1:51.9	what it means to be a member of the church, and hopefully it'll be fun and entertaining.
