Trox, the former C-AC, and we talked about a lot of stuff, leadership and stuff. You actually

run, in addition to the work you do with Black Rifle, which we'll get it to in a few minutes,

you run a leadership school, or a leadership academy, what do you call it?

Yeah, so yeah, so C-AC Trox, when I put together a leadership academy, in addition to

leadership consulting and things that nature, but he and I just want to get past some of

the platitudinal stuff, and get to the meat of what leadership is, and get it to the

masses. So many people can't afford it. So we're putting in the program that, you know,

the lowest private can afford to do this, or their unit's going to afford to have us.

And when you say, avoid the platitudinal stuff, I mean, I assume you're talking about the

Rah-Rah, you know, three-centen paragraph about how you should organize your life bullshit.

Right, you know, there's, and they're, they're all great companies, not trying to take

it, but they all do the same stuff. They all teach the same motivational thing, which ends

up being fleeting, right? So what are they giving of substance? What are you, what are they

created that's going to make their lives better? And that's what John and I have put together.

Pretty exciting. Well, I mean, too, you couldn't get two better guys to do it, to be honest.

I'm actually not to blow smoke up your ass, but you've got a pretty storied career in leading

young men, especially, I mean, that's what we do. Yes. We turn teenagers into men,

really, which is something that's in, oh, man, we're in short supply these days. I was just
