The biggest one is to stop eating like i'm a depressed horse so you've been snacking a lot well no because it's now in january i've been good all through

january new year's eve was my lastrah. I am all water and celery from this

point forth. Oh, man. My condolences. I'm going to be no fun for the rest of the year, Jay, just to warn you.

Yeah, so it's a new year on the Purple Stuff podcast. And you and I were talking, you know,

how are we going to kick off this year on the show?

Lots of ideas came to us. And the first thing that I thought of in my head was you have a couple of guys

who like to talk about old stuff. Yeah. So what if we were to talk about new stuff that's actually

old? Old new stuff that's actually old?
