And if it is, enjoy. Welcome back to another episode of Life After MLM. Today I'm really excited about this one. I know I say that every time but I am really excited about this. I get so many emails about the episode that we did on pure romance entitled Ruth. So many pure romance consultants reach out to me and ask me about the episode. They agree, they say, wow, that was my experience as well.

And so when I got this email, I really, really wanted to talk to this person on the podcast. We are going to introduce the show Michelle and I will let you introduce yourself and we can talk about what you did and how you got there and I'm gonna let you take it away.

I was with pure romance for nearly 19 years.

So I was in it deep and I had a very large team.

It grew to over 500 people and it was just something I just felt like it coursed through my veins and I think a lot of consultants feel that way where they eat it, live it,

breathe it. I mean they are pure romance like all the way. And I think part of what happens is that people are so

misled and they don't even know it. They just they don't know it until they start looking at real hard numbers and the thing

is the way that they do their business is it's really hard to even know exactly how much money you're making. It's it's really it's really difficult because it's I think you call it like front loading or something so it's like where you as the consultant you purchase items from the company and then you get it in you do your your shows, whatever you want to call them, and then you sell from your inventory that you purchase. If someone wants something that you don't have on hand, then you simply call it a back order and then you go home, you order that item from the warehouse. Then that item gets shipped to you, then you as the consultant have to ship it out to your customer.

So I think a lot of times people don't realize how much that shipping eats into your profit and aside from that I don't know if anyone has even touched on this piece.
