podcast is brought to you by change. A lot of people fear change, but sometimes it's necessary in order to flourish and grow.

It is necessary, it's not sometimes.

I mean you're right, it can't be in a constant state of change, but change, there's a quote like change is the only

constant yet we fear it the most it's the only constant it's the only thing like

guarantee in life is like things are going to change you know I mean whether it's your body, your mind state, where you are, the people around you.

Just like the leaves in fall. Yeah, and speaking of fall, and speaking to change, the Nashville trip is something I wanted to touch on.

And it's all kind of about change, you're right, but it's a lot of people are asking when and why.

We're looking for houses right now and we're going to be there ASAP.

It's going to be anywhere from like the next two to four months I imagine but

people want to like know why a little

bit more and like honestly it's interesting like I had come across some content talking about change and where leaning into change

and how it can bring you down places you've never been before I feel like that

about Nashville I feel like we're ready to go this new environment will just bring new great energy and

great things for us so that's one of the main reasons you know what I mean also family

like our family's all in the East Coast I'm watching fucking Bri Briall. I mean, I know personally, you don't have a niece.
