And today we're talking about salmon cakes.

That's right.

We came upon this episode topic because both of us like to make salmon cakes, but then

in the time between us deciding to do this topic and me sitting down to work on the agenda

that yesterday, I was kind of like, wait, salmon cakes, that's like oddly specific.

Like not fish cakes, fish sticks, you know, salmon cakes.

I haven't looked at what you came up with.

So like I'm curious if there's going to be like a lot of interesting history about fish

cakes or salmon cakes in particular.

This was one of the rare episode research experiences I had where I decided not to even

go look at Wikipedia.

Oh, interesting.

Okay.

Yeah.

I decided to just just use my personal knowledge.

I like it.

Like in my experience, like, I know we haven't even started memory lane yet, but salmon

cakes, like I feel like is more, more of like a term of endearment to me than a food.
