On this week's show I'm joined by James Benge of Football London to discuss some of the issues Arsenal's Executive Committee have to face up to in very short-term. We discuss their contract management versus what they said they were going to do with contracts, agent influence in the Director's Box, and how they've dealt with the situations involving David Luiz, Dani Ceballos etc. We also chat about the problems at centre-half and whether or not that will force the club's hand into retaining the Brazilian, another helping of Mesut Ozil drama and more.

0:27.2 | How are you? Hope you're well. Football is back and yes, I know we did an R-Scast X-ray yesterday on Thursday after the man city game, but the situation, the circumstances, it's all just a bit messed up at the moment. |
0:38.5 | Isn't it? And football has come back after three months away. So schedules and podcast schedules aren't quite what they used to be. And I thought given it's Friday, we should have a regular R-Scast. |
0:47.5 | So that's what we're going to do. Would you like a podcasting tip pro tip from a podcaster who's been doing this for a long now since 2006 or until a year 14 of the R-Scast. |

1:16.7 | So if you are thinking of setting up your own podcast, put that on the list of do's and don't very much in the don't column. |
1:24.5 | Arsenal play Brighton this weekend. Again, it's very, very difficult to preview games because of everything that's going on. |
1:32.2 | We just played on Wednesday. How are the players going to be affected, etc. etc. We just don't know. |
1:37.0 | And we've got some injury worries, of course, with Pablo Marie. He's he's going to be out for some time. |
1:42.9 | I was going to say we have suspension worries, but I'm not sure how worried I am that David Luiz is suspended for for this game and the next game. |
1:49.8 | But in terms of personnel and squad depths and what have you, we do have some problems. Things for Micka LaTeta to think about. |
1:57.1 | But I'm not going to fathom for too long at the start of this particular podcast. |
2:00.6 | You should just get on with the guest and see where the chat takes us. |
2:03.8 | So I am delighted to welcome back to the show from football London. It's James Benj. Hello, James. |
2:08.6 | Hello. Hello indeed. I was I don't know how to describe that. Hello. It just caught me off guard. |
2:16.2 | Look, let's just go back very briefly to Wednesday night to Manchester City again that Arsenal lost three |
2:22.1 | nil weird circumstances going into the game because of everything that's happening. |
2:26.4 | Losing two players to injury inside the first 20 minutes. |
2:29.7 | Losing three nil all kind of familiar in terms of what happens when Arsenal face Manchester City. |
2:37.0 | And not much of it, you know, hugely surprising. |
2:39.6 | But were there any takeaways for you from the game that maybe we haven't explored, you know, |
