I'm Molly and I'm Matthew and this is spilled milk the show where we cook something delicious

eat it all and you well you can maybe have some if you have a frozen yogurt place and

this episode is not about frozen yogurt it's about soft serve I know no no I'm glad you

I'm glad you I'm glad you said that because the the distinction is subtle it is subtle

so subtle in fact that I don't even know it no let's yeah we'll get into this for sure

okay this episode is about soft serve and like I'm glad we're talking about this because

I had some really good soft serve this week really yeah I was I was surprised with soft

serve by wife of the show Lori oh my gosh that's how we keep the the flame or like the

cold flame burning um wait a minute were you like at home and wife of the show Lori came

home with soft serve because I don't think of it as being something the transports agreed

and it was so much better than that oh so we were out for a walk for our for a daily

constitutional haha and and Lori said why don't we walk an extra block down 15th and stop

at spice wala and see what their current soft serve flavor is oh and what was it well here's

what happened it said that it was pistachio like pistachio cardamom saffron which sounded

great the sign was wrong it was actually coffee which is even better oh yeah coffee soft

so good yeah you know it's it's interesting I like the idea of pistachio cardamom but I think

of saffron is having a tiny bit of a shrimp flavor it does and I don't know if I want that in my

soft serve but let's get into what what this stuff is because I'm looking at our the memory lane

portion of our agenda here Matthew and I'm realizing that everything I've written down I think

maybe frozen yogurt no I can firm that whirl a whip not to spoil your whirl a whip that is

soft serve okay great okay so let's let's go down memory lane and along the way maybe a definition

will fall out yeah I love it yeah sometimes I'm just walking along and something falls out yeah okay
