Hi everybody welcome back to a mama bear apologetics sort of a special edition and what we've wanted to do is to help you guys get to know some of the contributors to the book and who I have with me today from a very first one is T. Teezy Cannon.

She wrote an amazing chapter on self-helpism and if you're like me that was super insightful because

I've known about it I've been aware about it but I didn't have a lot of the background

information on it and it's so funny once you start reading that

chapter how much of it you see not only within books and TV shows but within culture

as well but before we get to that I wanted to let T.C. sort of introduce herself.
