My main man Gianni Heral. What's up, Rich? What's up, brother? So we back at it, back in the office, back in the frigid temperatures of New York City. How are you feeling? Feeling good. Feeling good. You watched the playoffs this weekend? I did. I watched some buccaneers. I watched The Little chiefs. Me too. I'm in this pool with some of my

friends. I went five and two, I think, or four and two. Here there were six games, four and two.

Oh, what's up with your league? Did you win your league? No, I didn't win. I didn't win. JZ won, man.

Got to give it to Hove. Yeah, Hove won. So we've done this league like 15 years. I haven't won in so long, but I do have two chips. But it's been a while. All right, but let's not talk fantasy football. I'm still torn up over that. But our interview this week, incredible conversation, good friend of both of ours, Mr.

R.A. Borkoff of Liontree, and he's somebody that I've learned a lot from.

And we obviously have a lot work cooking, 35 ventures in Liontree.

But R.E.A. as an individual, as a visionary, has really given Kevin and I a lot of fuel

for new things we want to do and inspired us greatly.

So this combo was exciting.

And I love, as you know, we always talk about it.

It's cool when we have a friend of ours on because I get to ask questions that you're just not going to ask in a regular hang and learn more about somebody that's close to you.

So I hope everybody really enjoys it this guy's a real

tactician somebody that if you listen close you're gonna learn from everything he says

because he's got that perfect sauce of vision and experience and when you're in that like

prime of your life and your deal-making and you've seen and done so many things but you still

so clearly see what

you want to do in the future. It's powerful. And I think you can feel that from the interview.
