I'm Matthew and I'm Molly and this is spilled milk the show where we cook something delicious

eat it all and you can't have any today I don't I was trying to explain this there's

no way to explain it it's like explaining an inside joke it literally is explaining

an inside joke you can tell the story okay because because this episode was suggested

by Watson wife of the show Lori who listens to spilled milk which which I always feel

like is a little bit weird and showed me that on her podcast player we recently did

an episode called seven 11 hot foods but the way it like broke the line on the podcast

player it looked like the episode was called 11 hot foods because it was just like this

seven hanging out at the end of the first line and and she thought this was really

funny and I did too and I said you know what we should do an episode called 11 hot foods

I don't know what the hell it would be but we should do it.

Yeah so actually I think I had forgotten that it was Watson who who had this whole idea

anyway so you know we don't know what today's episode is going to be we're all just
