Summary
My next episode will be the finale of The Jennifer Allwood Show.
A season ending is always hard. It's not easy to make the decision to close a chapter and move on to the next. But today, I'm announcing exactly that.
After 7 years of podcasting, it's become clear that this season has come to a close. And while it's bittersweet, I know it's time for a shift, time to step into something new in both life and business.
But I'm not going anywhere. Stay tuned.
I'll be sharing what this next season looks like, for me, and for you.

| 0:33.1 | Well, hey, my friends, welcome back to the Jennifer Owood show. Today I'm going to be talking about |
| 0:38.1 | how to know when a season has ended for you, whether this is in your business, whether this |
| 0:44.4 | is in your career or just, you know, a part of life. Like how do you know when to shift, switch gears, |
| 0:51.8 | stop one thing, start another, etc. And so first of all, let me just say this. |
| 0:55.8 | Like change is such a just normal part of life. And I think just as humans, we're kind of wired |
| 1:01.6 | to be really resistant to change for the most part. I know for myself over the years, |
| 1:06.7 | I really had to challenge myself in different areas to not get stuck, to not become complacent, |

| 1:18.6 | And so, you know, change is very much normal. |
| 1:22.3 | And especially as we begin to grow a little bit older, as I am, and we walk through different phases of life. |
| 1:30.1 | And the phases of life that we're in begin to shift. You know, for a while, we had three kids |
| 1:35.8 | under the age of six. And then we had a kiddo in college, one in high school, one in middle |
| 1:41.5 | school, one in elementary school. And now we're in like this different phase of life where we have two grown adults, one is, you know, newly married. |
| 1:50.4 | Ava is in college, but still living with us at home. And now we have a middle schooler. And so |
| 1:54.7 | it's just different. It's a different phase of life. And so change is just absolutely inevitable. |
| 2:04.8 | And so in Ecclesiastes 3, you know, it talks about there's a season for everything under heaven. There's a season to plant and a time to a roof. |
| 2:10.3 | There's a time to tear down, a time to build, a time to weep, a time to laugh. Like I love |
| 2:14.9 | Ecclesiastes 3 because there's seasons for everything |
